As Michael Colgan's final farewell, The Gate Theatre presents an extraordinary season of plays by three of the most iconic writers in theatre - Samuel Beckett, Brian Friel, and Harold Pinter.


The Gate has a rich and longstanding relationship with each of these 20th century playwrights and following hundreds of performances, world premieres and tours, the Gate is thrilled to showcase a host of plays, poetry and prose readings, talks, interviews,and workshops as part of this exciting festival.

Tickets for the Poetry & Prose Readings are €35.00. 
Tickets for these events are very limited and are subject to availability.The Poetry & Prose sessions will take place on Sunday 19th and Sunday 26th of March with readings from a host of world-renowned actors.
