David Bunworth (appointed 2004)
David Bunworth possesses a wealth of knowledge in the areas of business development, brand management, sales & marketing. He has most recently worked with UDG Healthcare, implementing a full re-branding strategy to assist their continued growth into international markets. Prior to this he was the Managing Director of Bord Gáis Energy, Business Development Manager for The Gresham Hotel Group and Commercial Director at Aer Lingus.
Jim Clery (appointed 2014)
Jim is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered tax adviser and experienced board member. He has been a partner at KPMG Ireland since 2000, where he now leads its Real Estate and Construction practice.
Peter Crowley (appointed 2015)
Prior to establishing FL Partners, Peter Crowley was Chief Executive Officer of IBI Corporate Finance and CEO of Sigma Communications Group. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he spent 6 years as a Director in KPMG Corporate Finance. He is a non-executive Chairman of The Racing Post and Kaymed and was previously a non-executive director of Irish Continental Group plc, owner of Irish Ferries.
James Morris (appointed 2015)
James Morris is Chairman of the Windmill Lane Group and is a Director of the Dublin International Film Festival. He also served two terms as Chairman of the Irish Film Board and was on the board of IMRO (Irish Music Rights organisation). He is a founder of TV3, The Mill (UK) and Windmill Lane Studios.

Grace Smith is a solicitor who was formerly a Partner and the Head of the Intellectual Property division at McCann Fitzgerald for 16 years.
