GATEWAYS Theatre Workshops

Discover the Magic of Theatre at the Gate!

Following our successful taster workshop programme the Gate Theatre is thrilled to launch our GATEWAYS Youth Theatre and Adult Community Theatre groups, part of our Gateways Community Engagement programme. The workshops are free and open to adults and young people resident in the Gate’s local community and the wider Dublin city centre area. They are designed to explore the world of theatre through a series of engaging and interactive workshops.

These workshops are the beginning of permanent theatre groups for both young people and adults in the Gate Theatre. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions in the workshop schedule beginning Thursday February 29th. The first term will run for 10 weeks.

We have a limited amount of spaces for both groups which we will assign on a first come basis. All are welcome but priority will be given to those who participated in the Taster Workshop Programme and residents of the North Inner City.

WHEN IS THIS HAPPENING?

For Local Young People (Ages 13-18)
