Covid Health and Safety Protocols

The Gate Theatre is delighted to welcome live audiences, artists, and staff back into the venue following the relaxation of Covid-19 measures.

The health and wellbeing of our staff and our visitors remains our number one priority and we are making every effort to ensure that appropriate measures are in place. The Gate is committed to maintaining a rigorous health and safety process for those who visit the theatre.

The venue is currently operating at full capacity.

• Attendees no longer require proof of vaccination for entry to the theatre.
• Audience members are no longer required to wear face masks at the Gate, but they are welcome to continue to do so if they wish.
• Hand sanitiser is located throughout the building for the safety of our audiences and staff. We ask that all visitors use them regularly.
• All guests are requested to pay using contactless methods where possible.
• Entry to the theatre will be conditional on Government advice at the time of the performance and not at the time of the ticket purchase. Any updates to the details of your performance will be communicated to you via email.
